About Us

We’ve been in the Real Estate business here in Didim since 2005.   Back then Didim was evolving from a small fishing village into the thriving tourist resort you see today.

My family settled in Didim from another part of Turkey some 30 years ago, when I was just a child. My father opened one of the very first clothes shops here, in Dolphin Square and I used to work for him – I learned a lot about business then.  When the government changed the law to allow people from other countries to buy property here, I decided to become an Emlak (Real Estate Agent) and I studied and passed the test to get my licence, then a few years later, I did the same to become a licenced and registered builder.

Over the years we’ve sold many properties to many nationalities - English, Irish, Welsh, French, German, Scottish, Dutch, Swedish and Azerbaijan, which helped me learn about the different expectations of people who were not from my own country and what things were important to them when it came to buying a home for their dreams.  These were very valuable lessons for me and they enabled me to better understand and fulfil my client’s needs.

We’ve seen a lot of changes in Didim since we’ve been here and we’ve watched this place grow from a small town to a lively city by the sea where the welcomes are as warm as the climate and the smiles as bright as the Aegean Sea.
